We are fairly new to the PagerDuty family and I have found that even though the documentations states “When a user is requested as a responder, they can expect to receive notifications that match their high urgency notification rules.”. But that seems to only follow the steps but not utilized the configured notification sounds on an iPhone. When I got the “Add a responder” push notification it sounded like an emergency vehicle followed by some spoken words but my iPhone is set up to use a less severe sound for my push notifications.
My question is how do you get the “add responder” push notification to use the already configured sounds within the IOS app?
